Brantley was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. Being so young, we opted to not do medicine and try to change diet and try other natural ways to improve his behavior and focus.
We started with removing Red 40 from his diet. We began to see a slight improvement but nothing drastic. After doing some research, I found that kids with adhd are almost always deficient in magnesium so we added some natural magnesium supplements to our daily morning routine.
