I love “good news” Tuesday boot camp! Thanks for all the uplifting news. It always makes my evening.
With all the foot issues, broken bones, COVID in Jan, Covid cough the last 8 weeks, I’ve been hesitant to a lot of cardio. But today I decided to go for it. My sport was running. Is running. Sheri S, who’s training for her ultra has been on my mind. So I went for it. Pretty proud of myself! Baby steps. It’s alllll goooood
