✨Ionic Foot Detox now available in the shop! How does it work? A basin is filled with warm water and a small pinch of salt to aid in conductivity. Then an array is placed into the tub to produce an electrical current. This direct current breaks the water into positively charged hydrogen ions and oxygen gas, or negatively charged hydroxide ions and hydrogen gas. You might notice a slight tingling sensation in your feet. That’s because our bodies are made of water and electrolytes, and they allow the current to travel through the body. This current causes the tingling sensation, like a catalyst to boost the body’s own natural detoxifying abilities.

By the end of a 30-minute session, the water changes color. The color change is caused by the oxidation of the metal plates in the array and the ions reacting with solutes in the water.

An ionic foot detox is more effective than other foot detox modalities because the electrical current actually travels throughout the body and stimulates lasting detoxification effects. Other modalities offer similar relaxation benefits, but the effects don’t last, and they can only remove toxins close to the surface of the skin.

You’ll wear an infrared waist belt that penetrates 200-300 times deeper than conventional heating pads for fast-acting pain relief and detoxification. When infrared heat is applied to your body, the result is a natural detox. You will also wear a grounding wrist band and sit on a conductive grounding mat, these assist in electricity neutralizing your energy to match the frequency of the earth.

You’ll continue to detox up to 3 days following the session, in your stools and urine. So drink plenty of water to flush the toxins. I suggest staying consistent with your foot detox for best results. During a foot detox bath an ionic charge is released into the water which raises the voltage of the cells to increase their optimum levels. This increases the cells abilities to function normally and to absorb nutrients and oxygen again. It eliminates toxins that’s are stored in fat, kidneys, liver, bowels, and skin. It also triggers the body’s lymphatic system, which helps with continuing detoxification for up to 24-48 hours after a session.

💭Quantum Hypnosis Healing Technique is a process of hypnosis mastered by Dolores Cannon in the 1960’s. It is different than traditional hypnosis in the sense that the client is taken very deep into their subconsciousness. The deep state is the easiest state to let go of the left brain – otherwise called ‘conscious mind’, ‘the analytical part’- and explore the right side of the brain.

🧠Each person has this part and can get in touch with it. When the practitioner accesses this part they are not giving any advice nor any suggestions but it is the client, which in practice is their intuition, gut – it is the part of them that is speaking and talking and it’s not without the impact of the conditioning they have acquired. It is actually client themselves that leads the session, looks for the answers and has the answers to their questions.

Just stopping in to say hi 👋 to my followers, and update everyone on what I've been up to during my social media hiatus. I am studying to become a QHHT practitioner.

QHHT involves bringing an individual into the somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. A condition that under normal conditions is experienced twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep. Delores Cannon began this exploration of hypnosis in the late 1960s.

QHHT focuses on a concept that the client will go to the “most appropriate time and place” to resolve any requests for healing or information. In QHHT, you are regressed into this life or perhaps a past life. Then the client is connected with their Higher Self (Subconscious), which provides healing and answers to the client’s questions.

Delores Cannon’s method of hypnotherapy is different from traditional hypnotherapy. Many traditional hypnotherapists prefer to work in the “alpha” brain waves which is a light level of trance. QHHT involves getting an individual to the deepest possible level of hypnosis, somnambulistic or Theta trance. QHHT is a secure, integrated regression process that takes you to the deepest level of your consciousness where you will find a strong compassionate support and understanding of your life. You are in complete control of the process.

I am so excited to bring this therapy to my current clients and new potential clients. I am still in the learning process, but will soon be accepting limited clients for working on my confidence with this technique- before offering it to the public. 💥The root chakra is the first chakra located at the base of the spine. When this chakra is blocked you will notice feelings of being disconnected to oneself and a loss of sense of security.

🚩For a person who has imbalance in the first chakra, it might be hard to feel safe in the world and everything looks like a potential risk. The desire for security dominates and can translate into concerns over the job situation, physical safety, shelter, health. A blocked root chakra may turn into behaviors ruled mainly by fear. Physical signs of imbalance include chronic lower back pain and problems with the groin, hips, legs, knees, calves, ankles, and feet.

🌀A balanced root chakra will make you feel grounded, centered, trusting, alive and poised.

🔸The 2nd chakra, the sacral chakra is located 1-2 inches below the navel. This chakra is where we connect to our sense of self-gratification and emotional security. In balance, we experience the healthy emotions of pleasure, gratification, intimacy, desire, and passion. These feelings nurture and nourish our sense of creativity, connection, growth, and change.

🟧 When this chakra is blocked or imbalanced you will notice feelings of frustration, guilt, feeling afraid to interact, caring what people think too often, feeling lost and shy. Physical signs of this imbalance include: chronic lower back pain, hip issues, arthritis and stomach disorders.

🧡 By having a balanced sacral chakra you will feel dynamic, stimulated and full of ideas. Alignment in this chakra also gives you the confidence to make significant changes to the way you live your life.

⭐️The third chakra, the solar plexus is located 1-2 inches above the navel. The solar plexus is our power center, where we connect to our self-esteem and self-protection. When suppressed we feel powerless, but when expressed we experience our strength of purpose. When we feel scattered and direct our energies outward, it is usually a sign that we have given our power away. When this happens, sometimes one can feel discomfort, or a whirling sensation, in the solar plexus area.

⚠️When the solar plexus chakra is under-active, feelings of low self esteem and procrastination may arise. Physical imbalances may manifest as fatigue or indigestion. When reiki is performed and these blockages are lifted, it clears the way for us to take more targeted action in our lives.

💗The 4th chakra, the heart chakra is located at the center of the chest. The heart chakra speaks to how we feel and express love. When it is imbalanced, we may feel lonely and disconnected from ourselves and others. As a healing center, the heart chakra enables you to let go of past experiences and forgive others.

🪷When you encounter feelings of hurt, you are able to feel them fully and then move on from them, opening up your heart to new experiences and relationships. If your heart chakra is overactive, it can lead to a lack of discernment in relationships, leaving you emotionally drained.

🌀When the heart chakra is overwhelmed with energy, it can lead to you overexert yourself in your personal life, allowing your relationships to become toxic. You may feel ruled by your emotions and overly dependent on your relationships. Reiki can help make us more compassionate and open to accepting love from others.

🗣The 5th chakra, the throat chakra is located in the base of the throat. The throat chakra helps us to speak our truth. Physical manifestation of this chakra's imbalances can include thyroid problems, TMJ, or sore throat. Emotionally, someone with a blocked throat chakra may be afraid of silence or fearful of being judged and rejected. The throat chakra is a common blocked chakra that I find with clients.

🔷The throat chakra is the center of communication. It allows you to effectively communicate your ideas and thoughts but also have the tools to listen deeply to others around you.

🕳When your throat chakra is blocked or underactive, it can contribute to feelings of insecurity, timidity, and introversion. When the throat chakra becomes blocked, it often detaches you from your authentic and true self.

🌀When a chakra is overactive, it means that the chakra is distributing too much energy. It is working in overdrive and bringing imbalance to the area. If your throat chakra is overactive, you may be experiencing a lack of control over your speech, and talking too much or without a filter.
