Our program has made adjustments to accommodate the new school Hybrid system of teaching.We will pickup at schools as well as have all day camps for the days the children have off. We will provide time for them to do their Virtual school work as needed all in a safe environment.

Aiken Taekwondo Academy

We been at Aiken Taekwondo Academy all day rearranging the mats in workout room. We used to have 9 big red squares. Now we made 36 squares 7ft each for social distancing. We are allowed to open on Monday but we are going to wait until the 26th.

Class schedule and times remain the same.

Safety Procedures for reopening:

Please come in uniform no more than 10 min early.
No dressing room admittance.
If you feel sick or have been in close contact with someone with Covid19 please do not attend until self quarantined for 14 days.
All students will be screened and temperature taken before entering the facility. They will be required to use hand sanitizer provided at entrance and other locations in the facility. Masks are optional.
Attendance will be logged in for you.
Only students attending class will be permitted to enter. Parents please walk your child to screening area first before leaving.
Classes can be viewed on our Aiken Taekwondo Academy Live Facebook Group for parents wanting to watch their child in class and for students not ready to come back yet.
Regular disinfecting procedures will be in place.

These measures are being put in place for the safety of our students, their families, and all instructors and staff.

Tonight we will be starting ZOOM meeting classes at the same times that we are doing our Live Facebook Group classes. Go on Aiken Taekwondo Academy Live Group Page for the access ID and password. Hope to see ya there!

Thank you to all those of you who have been continuing with your payments and for those after-school program students making once a month payments. It is greatly appreciated! We have set up a payment link on www.aikentkd.com .If you cannot financially make a payment please come join us anyway on the Aiken Taekwondo Academy Live Group. We have been doing live classes with Master Johnson. We are also posting some videos of your other favorite instructors! The group is for all students until we can resume regular classes. Kid's Night Out was a big success! The kids all had a great time! We played games with prizes, balloon sweeping contest, made a cute craft for Valentine's Day, made Valentine's Day cupcakes and voted on the best ones in each age group. Had pizza and snacks too. And baby Riley helped grandma decorate.

Take your sweetheart out for the evening and we will watch the kids!
