Uprooted, Vegan Cuisine offers the CSRA’s only mobile all plant-based meal and dessert service. From a customized trailer at events to catering , Grab and Go and a weekly meal prep, we can meet all your needs.

We take vegan to a new level, breaking the stereotypes that vegan dining doesn’t satiate you. We offer our signature Bloody Mary Burger and tacos to oversized cupcakes and the best peanut butter cookies around at events as well as well-appointed salads, custom cakes and curries.

We make all our dishes using the power of plants sourced from local farmers. Most of the menu can be or is designed gluten free or be adapted for other allergens as well because everyone deserves to eat great meals and treats.

“I am a Masters Level board certified music therapist, Usui Ryoho Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner. Throughout my career, I have worked with a wide spectrum of clients ranging from children and teenagers with behavioral and emotional needs, to adults who are under hospice care, those struggling with addictions, and with residents of assisted-living and memory care facilities. This diverse experience has allowed me to develop a unique and multi-faceted approach in my work.

On a more personal note, I have found a lot of personal healing through meditation, sound healing, daily affirmations and Reiki in my own life. I came to the realization that we all have the ability to heal ourselves. I work intuitively using the different knowledge and skill sets that I have.

Sol Salt Cave and Spa!

Sól is a holistic wellness center focused around Halotherapy (salt therapy). Halotherapy can be experienced in our Salt Cave among 22,000 lbs of Himalayan Salt with a halogenerator that grinds up pharmaceutical salt and pumps a fine mist in the air.

Halotherapy can also be enjoyed in our Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna, our Zen Room complete with massage chairs and a foot detox soak or our Biomat room now available for up to 2 people with bioacoustic mats! We also offer more traditional spa services such as Massage and Esthetician services.

Enjoy Yoga, guided Meditation and Mindfulness classes and Ladies Night inside of the Salt Cave as well!

Dreading time change and how tired it makes you? Tapping your meridians points can help. Every hour after time change, tap on the point indicated on the chart about 25 times on each side of the body. This should help your body reorient itself to the new time shift.
