Wanted to take the time after speaking with the team that following Fall Classic at Midvale Speedway, I will be stepping away as operator and member of Stray Dog Racing.

I want to take a moment to express gratitude to the entire Stray Dog family, my teammates, crew and others who have worked together to make these past 2 seasons happen. However after a lot of personal reflection I have to look at what’s going to help me compete at a level I know I can accomplish. As time moves forward life and circumstances change we have to sometimes change rythem and adapt accordingly. I am very much looking forward to the 2024 season. 🏁

The 8 team has collectively decided to call it a season. Please support our local drivers that will be running at Midvale Speedway Fall Classic November 4th and 5th.

As announced yesterday, the Midvale Fall Classic has been rescheduled for November 4th and 5th. We are trying to determine at this time whether the 8 car and Jason will be gearing up. Hope to know more soon!

Due to weather the Midvale Speedway annual Fall Classic event has been postponed.
If this event gets canceled that will conclude our season In the compact.

A rough weekend out at Sandusky Speedway but we managed to pull out a couple of decent finishes regardless. Some more work to be done heading into Midvales Fall classic in 2 weeks.

This weekend we’re at Sandusky Speedway for Cavalcade. My teammate Doug Ralff will be running in the National Compact Touring Series and I will be running in the tracks renegade class. Looking forward to a great race!

This my co-worker and good friend Kate’s son.
This past Friday he took took over a 20ft fall that left him unconscious and severely injured. He was transported to children’s hospital and underwent a 5 hour surgery. Thankfully he survived and is home but will be a long recovery process. Anything would help her and her family at this time. Thank you!

RACE RECAP: 9/3/23 Midvale Speedway

We unloaded Saturday morning not really knowing what to anticipate. Track was hot and slick all weekend, couldn’t get car to hook whatsoever. Only time I could get any grip was on a cool track. Had a mediocre practice and qualifying session Sunday. Made a couple of adjustments after qualifying and the car was finally sticking to the track. Started P7 in the heat race and managed to work my way up thru the field and capture the win.

Had a good car and anticipated a good run in the B main in hopes of transferring to the A main but lost the motor on lap 4. Car went up in smoke quick, took a shot to the drivers side door and rear that left me a little sore today but everyone was alright. I’ll
