There’s days where I struggle. I struggle with income. I struggle with having time to get things done around the house myself. I struggle with the idea of just not teaching anymore. I struggle with alot of “future” questions.
I may have very small classes, but I have some awesome people who continuously attend my classes, weekly. They may be the only one or the only two, but they SHOW UP! They show up for themselves and unintentionally show up for me too!! It drives me to continue doing what I’m doing…even if it’s only to one or two!
Thank you to the “ones and twos” I’ve accured over the years.
Struggle and struggle, but don’t quit!

Sorry for the social media absence lately. I had pneumonia last week. That’s why classes were cancelled. Been a slow road back so bear with me!
Classes are still planned as scheduled this coming week so please join me. Don’t worry, I’m no longer contagious🤣

Just wanted to send a quick thank you to you all. That class package you got…helps pay my quarterly taxes, my student loans, my truck payment, my mortgage, my health insurance.
Those classes you buy one at a time pays for my gas, my groceries, my cats food and litter.
I don’t live a lavish life but I love what I do. You help me get to work everyday. You help me get to class everyday. I appreciate each and everyone of you more than you know!☺️🙏🏽

Thank you to those who came out for the inaugural BYOB sup yoga!!!!
Got a little bit of rain at the end on the paddle back, but we had a good time with it and we were all already wet anyhow!!
