We have a new beer releasing tomorrow, Thursday August 1, 2024.

Its acronym is ALL and translates to Akronym Light Lager. It was brewed using a traditional double decoction mash, German pilsner malt, and our house lager yeast. ABV 4% IBU 17

Urgent... As many are aware, or not aware, this is our sixth year in existance. To help celebrate this, on Thursday, July 18, 2024 we are releasing a 6th Anniversary Beer.

Details: Our Mapel Barrel Aged Tetralogy is a Belgian style Quad brewed with Special B Malt, Belgian candy sugar, and our house Belgian yeast strain. Its coppery color showcases notes of raisin, fig, and plum. After spending 20 months in Bissel Maple Farm barrels, this beer envelops you in maple, warm vanilla, and a smooth finish.

12.5 ABV

Well, since we are Fresh Tap Friday tapping Akronym Brewing’s Czech 123 today, I figured I should probably do some quality control, while I was here making some custom bitters with my buddy Martin. UPDATE…it’s delicious!!!
