We haven’t had fried chicken in forever.
Split and marinated b/s chicken breast in homemade buttermilk and fresh herbs. Sharp Romano cheeseveggie broken rice pilaf with mushroom toasted onion gravy.
I have been working like a mad woman lately. Everybody was happy to have a home cooked meal. 🥘 Even though EVERYONE CAN COOK 👩🏽🍳 👨🍳 🧑🏽🍳🧑🏽🍳.

Protein for tomorrow’s steak salad 🥗.
Marinated in a 2 Tbsp of the buttery steak seasoning, 2 cloves of fresh minced garlic, 6 splashes of your favorite CKC’s hot sauce and 1/4 cup of Italian dressing dressing. Mix well in a gallon ziplock bag. To this mixture add each steak, making sure each are fully coated with the mixture. Make sure the bag has all the air out. Put on a cookies sheet or large plate and marinate for atleast 6 hours. Start your grill, cook to your desired temperature.

We tried the bread, egg, flour, egg, breadcrumbs method. The crunch was definitely there. They looked beautiful. However, I did not care for the inside texture.
Made the grown folks some with turkey pepperoni. They loved ‘em! 🧀
Although it met the crave, I tapped out at 1.

What can I say I LOVE a deal!!!
Raspberry savory cream sauce with fresh veggies and a 3 cheese blend for the ravs. 2 nice sides of salmon marinated in a honey garlic congac reduction. Used some fresh tomatoes to maintain moisture and add a little color!
I was soooo happy when found out we had left over rice. Ive been wanting fried rice for breakfast.

When the heat calls for a low temp retreat, sip our spin on a summer staple that promises cool refreshment. Even a sweltering hot day is no match for a Frosted Lemonade featuring Jackson Morgan Southern Cream deLIGHT in Lemon Icebox flavor.
Ingredients:
1 Can (12 oz) Frozen Lemonade Concentrate
4 Cups Vanilla Ice Cream
1⁄4 Cup Jackson Morgan Southern
Cream deLIGHT in Lemon Icebox
Whipped Cream, Garnish
Mint Leaves, Garnish
Directions:
Allow the can of frozen lemonade concentrate to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes to soften. In a high powered blender add lemonade concentrate, vanilla ice cream and Jackson Morgan. Blend until thick milkshake consistency. Pour into a glass and garnish with whipped cream and mint leaves. Makes 2-4 drinks, depending on your glass size.
