West Hill Neighborhood Organization
We are an all-volunteer, 501 non-profit neighborhood organization founded in 1997, located in Akron, Ohio.
Since its inception, WHNO has been working to build and strengthen the ties between the people and businesses in our neighborhood. West Hill CDC services the entire West Hill area from Glendale Cemetery, up Maple St., west to Rhodes Avenue.
Hey neighbors! We have some hay bales left over from Halloween and Wonderfest we’re selling for $5 each. Email us at [email protected] if you’d like some.
The all-ages Halloween party is wrapping up and trick-or-treating is about to begin!
New leaf pick-up schedule! West Hill is scheduled for Wednesday, December 4.
We didn't mean to leaf you hanging, Akron! Due to weather, we're adjusting the leaf removal schedule. Please see the graphic for our new dates, which will differ from the yellow postcard you may have received in the mail.
Join us for a 'tree-mendous' time as we serve up some fresh foliage-free streets this fall--coming soon to a Ward near you! 🍂☕
Last call to have your house added to the trick-or-treating map! We (and all the West Hill trick-or-treaters) would love to see your house on the map! Everyone who signed up will receive a free luminere!
If you're having trouble with the form, feel free to contact us at [email protected].
West Hill Neighbors: we want to give out candy at Halloween, but we never get any trick-or-treaters!
West Hill trick-or-treaters: We want to trick-or-treat in our neighborhood but no one is giving out candy!
