💚I used on both.
Always take into account what canvas you are applying on. If your canvas is level 9 yellow then your result will have more of a grassy lime green result. If your canvas is a level 10 then you may see less yellow in the green resulting in more of cooler tone green leaning towards a teal .
You can mix in yellow to your formula like the bolt to add more warmth to the green to brighten the tone as well.
If you want more of a teal or ocean green tonality then you could mix in blue like the tone Ocean Reign in Superpower which adds blue. You can add little by little to customize your tone.
