The Birdman of Alamogordo

The City of Alamogordo is in receipt of my tort claim notice. They still have the time to do the right thing. It was never my intention to be an inflamed hemorrhoid over this issue, but I'm will to be if I have to.

I invited the Alamogordo City Commission for coffee and donuts, to cuss and discuss the pigeon issue. I haven't had an RSVP, and probably won't. These folks are smart, and they MUST know how this issue is going to play out.

It will be a shame if they take it that far. They really do NOT care about me feeding the pigeons, but won't repeal a blatantly UNCONSTITUTIONAL ordinance. There is still time to convince them that I'm a man on a mission. I'll give them every chance to do the right thing.

Well, friends---the Alamogordo City Commission meeting on the 23rd was a bit of a disappointment. They politely listened to my request to amend the ordinance against feeding pigeons, as it violates my first amendment right to practice my religion.

But they decided NOT to take action, and leave the ordinance in place. I'm not giving up, and if any of you folks would like to add your comments on the matter to the City Commission, here is their email addresses:

Hi, everyone! I am in the process of trying to get the Alamogordo City Commission to amend their ordinance 07-05-30 against feeding pigeons. It interferes with my first amendment right to practice my religion.

Well, let me tell you, these animals oniscidae, better known as cochineal, are a subgroup of isopod crustaceans whose function is to remove harmful heavy metals to the earth such as mercury, cadmium and lead. They contribute to the cleansing of the soil and groundwater and reaffirm the wisdom of nature.
Do not damage them or spray pesticides!
