There are several places in town helping to aid those affected by the Fires.

Here’s a recap of what I have seen:

Blush Beauty Bar in Downtown are accepting donations and will distribute.

Otero county fairgrounds is a drop off location

Si Senor is offering free meals to those who are diaplaced(must show valid ID w/address for affected area)

Christ Community is opening for shelter

Senior Center is opening

Mountain View Church is open & taking donations, possibly will be feeding firefighters.

Moose Lodge is accepting donations

Trisha Roberts Insurance Agency Insurance is seeking food donations to be taken to the firefighters

Prayers for rain, and favorable weather to get these fires under control ❤️

Today we are Officially launching the new Service Information and Name Change to MoniCakes, an all inclusive Bakery & Event Cafe.

🚨 New updates!
When transitioning back to the cafe/bakery we found some areas of our kitchen/building that needed some routine maintenance. After we get our custom orders completed, I will closing my kitchen tomorrow evening to get everything taken care of during the upcoming week.

🚨Custom cakes closed through August 12th (if you would like us to do your cake please get your deposit/reservations in 2024 is filling up quickly)

🚨Summer hours start the last weekend in June and will run through end of July. 🤗

As teased last week, I have some upcoming changes to my shop, stay tuned for those AMAZING updates as I get everything finished up to announce!

We transitioned back to a cafe/treat shop vibe and are excited to say we will be opening our doors three days a week (with some pauses due to private events already on our books) we have expanded our menu to include some simple sandwiches, small salads, pastries and ice cream treats, iced coffee and flavored tea/lemonade. We listened to a lot of feedback in needing some sort of food options on the Mainstreet, more consistency in our walk in treat days, so I worked out a summer schedule for June & July!

Thursday & Friday 12-6
Saturday 10-2

15 AMAZING years of doing primarily custom work, I feel it’s time to have some fun with my baked goods/treats in house. If you need custom cakes for August-November get your orders in, we may continue /expand this schedule if all goes well this summer!

Mother’s Day preorder is currently full, but dont worry I will have tons of goodies from 10am-sellout this Saturday for those needing a delicious treat for that special mom in your life. I am in the shop getting things prepped to stock the cases as full as I can for you all!

April is completely booked and closed for custom orders. (If you were waiting on your quote/booking details please check you messages I have sent info)😊

👩‍🎓 May is almost full and it’s last call for graduation orders, if you have been quoted for a cake and have not yet made your deposit please do so by Monday April 8th. After then I am unable to hold your reservation.
