LevelOne Volleyball – Mid-Willamette Family YMCA BEFORE REGISTERING - CONTACT [email protected] TO SCHEDULE A LESSON
Hey everyone!
We are so blessed with the amount of support we have received over the last 24 hours!
I wanted to clear up a little bit of confusion as we navigate the changes that are happening within LevelOne and SCVC.
LevelOne offers a year round competitive training program call divisional skills training that has been running successfully for almost a year!
This is separate from CEVA club volleyball and is encouraged but NOT required to try out for LevelOne 24/25 club season.
I encourage anyone with questions to message us or visit out website for more information!
LevelOne Volleyball Training the Next Generation of Players LevelOne Updates Sweatshirt Orders Are InFebruary 28, 2024LevelOne Volleyball sweatshirts have arrived! For those of you who put your order in, be prepared to pick them up at your next lesson. If you are unable to pick them up anytime soon, speak with Coach As...
We've been hinting at exciting things being in the works at LevelOne for a while and I am thrilled to finally be able to share it with you all. Starting today, SCVC will be joining LevelOne Volleyball under the LevelOne name.
How did this come to be?
Lori Ramsay (the owner of SCVC) and I have actually known each other for a long time, including back when I owned DSK Volleyball in Corvallis, Oregon. A phone call from her 6 months ago has turned into a friendship that I couldn't be more thankful for.
Together, we decided that LevelOne Volleyball and SCVC would benefit from taking all the greatness her and the staff have and built as a team and combining it with our coaching staff, additional knowledge, and college experience as players once ourselves.
Why the merge?
When I started LevelOne, part of my goal was to create a training program that would prepare kids to play at the college level. Playing volleyball in college changed my life for the better, and I wanted to pass on skills that would allow the next generation to turn their passion into an athletic career.
Lori and I saw an opportunity to bring the SCVC players into the fold and give a whole new group of players a chance to reach their fullest potential. After 10 years of building SCVC with her dedicated team, Lori saw that this would be the edge that would put her players on the path to becoming professionals.
What does this mean for the players?
For LevelOne players and SCVC players who are already training at LevelOne, there will be very few changes. We will have more coaches joining us from SCVC and more players. But our location and pricing is the same and—like I said before—we will still be working under the LevelOne name.
For SCVC players who do not yet train at LevelOne, please message us on Facebook or email us at [email protected] for information on how to get started.
All of the LevelOne coaches and especially myself want to congratulate the players and coaches of the SCVC volleyball club: not only for a great season that they have graciously let us be a part of this year, but for the incredible work of Lori Ramsay building a community and family of athletes and parents. It's been a privilege getting to meet many of you over the last 6 months and I am excited to get to know you all better as we train and (eventually) kick off our 2024–2025 club season.
Welcome to LevelOne.
– Dave Kellar
We have some exciting things coming up in the next few months!
