When we all got into work this afternoon, we all decided that it was a Brussel Sprouts kind of day. We then needed to decide between simply tossed in olive oil and roasted(Plan A), Tossed in olive oil, topped with parmesan cheese and balsamic(or hot honey)(Plan B) or Plan C. Plan C is the winner! Roasted with olive oil, topped with parmesan cheese, bacon and sriracha mayo. It's a plan C kind of Day!
We can publish endless pictures of wine bottles on the bar and how amazing they are!, However, it just may be better to hit the highlights and let you decide on your own. So this week's Highlights: 1)$ 6 glass pours are still happening this week and we have seven wines on the list. 2)We have an amazing Cabernet Sauvignon from Washington(91 Points, Wine Spectator) that is on sale for only $15 a bottle. 3)We are pouring a Syrah Port also from Washington for the first time. Fall menu update! Mac and Cheese. But this is not just Mac and Cheese. It is White Cheddar Mac and Cheese. But this is not just White Cheddar Mac and Cheese, but is it White Cheddar Mac and Cheese that you can make your own! You can add ingredients like bacon, pulled pork, brisket, green onions. My favorite is Bacon with a Truffle Potato Chip topping. Yum!
