💥 Football season has officially begun and we’ll celebrate with the Albany CrossFit Combine this Saturday, September 14th from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. We hope everyone is ready to take on these 7 test of your fitness and eat some great food afterwards. Wear your favorite team’s colors and don’t be afraid to bust out the face paint! 💥 Shout out to Clara who did her first handstand push-ups in today’s class and workout! We spent quite a bit of time working on this skill today and Clara did a fantastic job every step of the way. Soon enough we’ll be taking those ab mats away and inch closer and closer to the floor! Great job, Clara! 🙌
Today we took on event 4 from the 2018 CrossFit Regionals and everyone did a fantastic job! For Time: 2 Rounds: 10 Snatches (175/125) 12 Bar Facing Burpees Into… 2 Rounds: 10 Snatches (115/75) 12 Bar Facing Burpees When athletes did this workout in 2018 they had to advance the barbell across the floor after every 5 snatches or 6 burpees. We did our best to mimic this aspect of the workout with the space we have and it was a blast! Great job again, everyone! 🙌
