Covid 19 Protocols

• The waiting room is closed temporarily. Upon arrival call or text 518-577-5732 from your car. I will let you know when I am ready for you to come in.
• Face masks will be required at all times except when you are face down on the massage table/mat or if you are medically unable to tolerate one.
• Bathroom use is limited to emergencies. Please plan ahead.
• Per usual, massage sheets, pillowcases, and now blankets will be changed between each massage.
• Table, mat, face rests, and all surfaces will be sanitized before and after each massage.
• I will be wearing a face mask at all times. I will change masks between every massage.
• When you remove your face mask to turn face down, I will also wear a face shield.
• I will be tested for Covid 19 every 14 days.
