The Closing the Gap Survey's purpose is to learn more about ways to improve Built Environments and support Community-Clinical Linkages within the Cities of Albany, Cohoes, and Watervliet. Responses are anonymous.

Instead of posters and signs, it was the colorful, flavored to***co product packaging that caught my attention – and my son's as well. Have you ever noticed the impact of such packaging? It's important to be aware that our kids are noticing it too. Every morning we stop for gas, these enticing products are within his line of sight, sparking his curiosity. The average age of a new smoker is 13 years old, and more than half of youth (ages 12-17) who smoke use menthol ci******es. Let's change that!
