Thank you Empire Justice Center for hosting this event with us! We will continue to work with locations in the Capital Region, all the way up to the North Country so access to our services isn't limited by where you live.

A few weeks ago, we partnered with with the Legal Aid Society of NENY to host two Name Change Clinics at the Brunswick Community Library in Troy, NY.

We had an overwhelming response! We were able to assist 30 people with appointments over the two-day clinic, along with additional walk-ins. These name change clinics are for transgender and nonbinary people, to align their legal names with their gender identity and appearance, which can also help avoid harassment and discrimination.

Bring your reusable bags! The Stratford Mobile Food Pantry will be at the Community Center tomorrow. A selection of meats, dairy, and fresh produce will be offered to neighbors in need. The mobile food pantry will be at the community center every first Wednesday of the month. For more information and pre-registration, contact Dick Fogarty at (315)717-6966.
