Join us for our Transgender Day of Remembrance vigil and speak out, November 17th at 5pm. We will be having an open mic for people to share their thoughts and feelings, and we will be making space specifically for folks to share memories of Alumni Ahsid Hemingway who passed away this year. We will have a sign up to speak and ask to keep in mind leaving space for everyone to have time to say what they need to and to keep comments to about two minutes for each community member.
After we will have warm beverages and activities in the Womenโ€™s resource center, the Multi Cultural Resource Center, and the Gender and Sexuality Resource Center,โ€

The MRC, located in Campus Center 85 and 87, serves as a space for students interested in connecting across identities and dialoguing about differences. It also serves as a valuable resource for programming ideas related to leadership development, cultural and social programs, pre-professional opportunities, academic support and career services.

The MRC is open from 10am-10pm Monday - Thursday and 10am - 4pm on Fridays.
