Here's a recent 1-1/2 curved handrail for a client. All the stair heights were under balluster code requirements and the client wanted a simple uncluttered look. Curved handrails take a special patience and require field installation and fitment to make it perfect.

We use a hydraulic tube roller to roll the tube and to match perfectly the outer radius of the concrete. We follow a cardboard template to roll in the shop and mock up post locations with final welding and fitment on site. We've found no other way to match the concrete form radiuses which rarely seem to follow a perfect circle radius making these handrail constructions a methodical and tedious task, but we enjoy the challenge and final product once installed.

Here's another 2023 jobs we really enjoyed. We built out an outdoor kitchen enclosure(yet to be roofed in the picture) to client spec and finished it up with a custom garden surround adjacent to their new patio

It's been a busy past year and I hope to update some of the projects from the past year over the next few weeks. This was a stainless steel cable railing 2 story project. It took a bit of time and detail to get everything just right but it came out amazing in the end.
