The KNOW The ODDS campaign was designed to raise awareness about problem gambling, and to connect those struggling with problem gambling to help.

* Produces and disseminates information leading to increased recognition, prevention and treatment of gambling problems.

* Conducts and publicly supports research activities to establish and document areas of need.

* Provides training tools to health care and other professionals for the purpose of assessing and treating persons with gambling related problems.

* Participates in governmental plan

This week, NYCPG announced the rollout of the Problem and Responsible Gambling Training for Casino Workers. Finger Lakes PGRC Staff, supported by NYCPG, NYS OASAS, and NYS Gaming Commission, highlighted the partnership with del Lago Casino. The new PG and RG training site is live today! We are looking forward to educating staff on how to support patrons how may need support and services!
