We had our Men’s Cookout last night. It was a great time of fellowship and fishing! We look forward to meeting again soon!

This past Sunday we had the honor of doing a baby dedication! This is a time where we pray for the parents as they publicly display that they will be the main avenue of discipleship for their children as the Lord helps and leads. Our prayer as a church is that the child would come to know Christ, and love Him above all things.

We are grateful to live in a country full of brave men and women who have paid the ultimate price for our country. We celebrate and commemorate their memory on Memorial Day in honor of their service to the country.

Starting this Wednesday we will begin a study on what it means to follow Jesus. We will be going through Steven Lawson’s book, “It Will Cost You Everything.” Study will begin at 6:30 pm. We hope to see you there! Child care will be available!

Today we joined Love Life in Charlotte to stand for life. We prayed and demonstrated the love of Christ towards all who were considering abortion. We are grateful for all of our church members who participated in the walk this morning!

As a part of our Love Month, we fed the staff at a few local schools as well as the Fire Department! We certainly appreciate all that they do in our community!
