Also, a brand new dining option, The 1913 Bistro at the Badin Inn will open the following week. Loafer's is adding Sunday Lunch starting on Sept. 8th. And, of course everyone's favorite coffees and baked goods are available at Badin Coffee! You won't leave hungry when visiting Badin!

"10 Days of Uwharrie, North Carolina's Official Outdoor Festival" is a regional October showcase of outdoor activity in the Uwharries.

The spotlight started in Montgomery County, home of Uwharrie National Forest, and is a favored event series in lake front Town of Badin, "A French Flavored Town at the Foot of the Uwharries."

Kayaking, swimming, hiking, biking, boating, horseback riding and many more outdoor activities are the norm from Town of Badin, Badin Lake, Falls Reservoir, Morrow Mountain State Park, and Uwharrie National Forest.

Join Badin on the Stanly County side of the water for the "Best Dam Run in NC" to the Narrows Dam Oct. 21st, a lake view fish fry Oct. 22, or Historic Badin Hardaway Pow Wow Oct. 28-29. Whichever side of the water you're on, come see us, or find great events in your neck of the woods.
