Our Story

The Lodge on Hatley Farm offers a relaxed, refreshing and quiet country setting, nestled on 38 acres of farm land in Albemarle, North Carolina. The farm is located off the main road, which creates plenty of privacy for you and your guest.

This venue offers a beautiful enclosed Lodge with a cabin appeal; a stunning rock, wood-burning fireplace; covered front porch with rocking chairs to enjoy the amazing sunset, as well as, an attached-covered breezeway, off to the side with amazing lighting for those special night-time events.

We offer a beautiful ceremony spot overlooking a glistening pond with plenty of huge oak and pecan trees for an idyllic back drop. Perfect for any time of the day.

The Lodge offers an on-site industrial prep kitchen for your caterers to prep your meal of choice. Equipped with a large refrigerator, deep sink, microwave, large prep table, industrial-sized gas range & stove, two electric stoves and plenty of storage.

We have three types of tables that can be used for any event.
-5 ft. Round tables for dining [seats up to 8 people]
-8 ft. Rectangular tables for dining, serving food or other items
-Bar round tables
-Folding, white chairs are included

There are two houses near the Lodge that have been fully remolded and will be offered as a Bridal Cottage [with overnight stay] and Groom Quarters [the day of wedding] that will be available this coming March 2018.

Our venue can also be used for any other upcoming event.
-Rehearsal and/or Rehearsal dinner
-Showers: baby, wedding, bridal, gender reveal
-Parties: birthday, engagement, retirement, anniversary
-Reunions: family and high school
-Corporate meetings, parties, dinners, fundraisers
-Proms, other school functions
-Church events or picnics
