Reclined Shoelace pose with wall support is a great way to release any tension around outer buttock muscles. If you have lower back or SI pain, this stretch can help relieve tension. Great stretch for runners! 🙌

Yesterday we had the amazing privilege & honor to participate in a Cadaver Lab as part of the Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor Yoga Teacher Intensive. 🙏
Most grateful for this unique blessing & opportunity to learn more about the anatomy of our human body. Most humbling. ❤️🩹
We also learned, for example, that fascia is a piezoelectric tissue, carrying electrical signals between muscle groups and nerve endings (@14.7lbs/sq in). 🤩
