Today's affirmation is toward patience. I struggle with patience. Maybe its because I am trying to multitask and when things aren't going the way I intended then I panic. I have to remember that my actions have an effect on others. So here is my affirmation I will focus on this week. What are your affirmations?
This weekend I have been doing so much work but at times I lose my self in doubts of I don't know what I am doing. If you are self-doubting your self add this to your affirmations and I will too.
Once you have become mindful and know the negative thought appears, you need to STOP and become aware in the moment. Right at the moment, you pause and see, feel, hear, taste, smell, etc., of the current moment. Stop and pause is the medicine to running with the negative thought pattern. It would take a highly paid professional mental therapist to go deep into the negative thought pattern. Also, if you donโt STOP, your ego will take over. Your ego will justify, make-believe the negative thought has a reason to be there, or blame others. Unfortunately, the result is acting out on the ego, hurting self, and others. So STOP, come to the present moment. Sometimes, taking a breath and feeling the in-breath or the out-breath helps you to become present in this moment.
Good Morning, I wanted to share the work from last week on my self (Camille. I wrote down my goals that I wish to achieve during next year. Then the next step was self-observe. I looked at my self and thought about what was holding me back.
Our next step of positivity begins tomorrow. Create your goals and self-observe. Also, listen to our Podcast #11 to understand how to redirect your negative thoughts.

Whenever you feel the negativity try redirecting the negativity. Also, remember to stop trying to please everyone, change is good, we need to stop living in the past, don't put yourself down any longer, and there is no need to overthink.

Being able to see what your dreams and goals are. How can you reach them? First, we need to shed the negativity by turning inward and self-observe. Take note of your thoughts, feelings, and actions. Connect with your true self. In the Mindfulness stage, you need to understand and see where the positivity and negativity thoughts come from.
This weekend, connect with your self and your emotions to understand where and why you have them.
This process is so important to clear habitual thoughts and patterns. This must be done before we create positive affirmations.
