Last weekends box!

We are loving these boxes! This is where it first started in being creative and letting our minds wander with flavor profiles. We do not just have one flavor profile in our desserts but multiple layers of flavors that come together harmoniously in a unique way. We hope that this has been able to be seen and most of all, enjoyed on your taste buds!

Thank you for continuing to support us and our weird flavors! We will be taking this week off as we are super busy with our day job and have decided to have a peaceful Easter this year!

We have always loved cereal growing up and still do to this day. We wanted to elevate the experience and boy did we, it’s like eating a bowl of cereal in a cake form!

This was a dessert bar and wedding cake we had at La Fonda in Santa Fe!

So many different ways to set up a dessert bar as well as keeping them beautiful yet simple!

The 6th Annual Duke it Out Benefiting El Ranchito De Los Ninos!

Duke it Out is a 30 minute competition with 6 Chefs and 3 Pastry Chefs. It is similar to chopped with a basket of mystery ingredients and a dish has to be created in that 30 minutes. The second part of the competition is for the Peoples Choice Award. Each Chef/Pastry Chef brings their own small food/dessert of their choice for the guests. Each guest has a token to vote for their favorite savory/sweet item. At the end of the night, the 30 minute challenge is judged by a panel of local chefs and the chips are tallied up. The awards are then given out for both parts of the competition.

We took Ginger Lime Macarons and they were literally the talk of the night! 🙌🏼🙏🏼 We made 700 macaron shells making 350 total for the event and they all went! All the reviews and compliments we got for them were great and made the night even better!

The best part of it all is what this amazing event benefits! is doing so many amazing things keeping siblings together. All the money for that night is all for the kids and what better way end the night not just in victory but in knowing we are helping make a difference in these children’s lives! Thank you for allowing us to be apart of all 6 Duke it Outs! We can’t wait for many more! 🙏🏼

We are live on our website with a great variety of desserts for this weekend. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to participate in some events this weekend so we have decided to do a sale with a lot of desserts we have recently made for our pop up markets!

It is open to both ABQ, Santa Fe and Las Vegas on a first come first save basis! We will be meeting in ABQ in the morning and driving to Las Vegas for and afternoon pickup with a stop in Santa Fe if needed.
