Here is one perspective of the 2024 Market. Right now some are saying it will continue as is, get better or become a bit more challenging. One thing is for sure, the Real Estate Market is changing. Good news, inventory is low. Bad news is mortgage rates are high. We should no more in the coming weeks. My take is we are back to the way our market was.
