It’s Monday. Get a new perspective. Whatever obstacle you’re facing—it’s not permanent. Pain in the body is a precursor to imbalance. Once the body is in balance it can work together as a whole to strengthen to its core.

It was such a treat to have one of my best friends come and visit the newest rendition of PUREformance Pilates at Fortified Fitness. She is an Olympian that ran track and a well known fitness professional and said the entire gym is the next level UP. I’m so proud to be apart of one of the best gyms in the country.

National Breast Cancer Awareness Month supports those who have been diagnosed with, are battling, or recovering from the disease. The PINK luncheon was a huge success here in Parker County. Thank you to everyone who came to and helped put the event together. Merrill West thank you for sharing your journey with us. You are an inspiration to us all!

Happy Mother’s Day!

PUREformance Pilates is up and ready for private/semi private sessions near Weatherford, Texas and greater Fort Worth. Announcing our new little addition to the family. Maia Lee was born July 22, 2022 at 4:18pm. She was 7lb 12oz. Congratulations to my son Dane, Yeimy, and Axel to their newest addition to the family. I’m so grateful for my growing family and love them dearly!

Thank you Savannah Glembin for taking such wonderful pictures and giving so much love and support. ❤️ My heart is full having all of my grand babies together!

Cayla just spoiled us with incredible facials. Lavender’s is a beautiful spa with many options in organic skin care and spa treatments. So happy she is loving her job and the people she works with.

Look who came in for a spidy session today?! It was the cutest thing to see the confidence pour out of this little soul.

I love our Pilates community. It was great to visit with Laura and have a great workout here in Fort Worth. It’s always good to have another’s eyes and expertise to refine your workouts. Her studio is divine and she is a great teacher with a beautiful heart and soul. If you’re ever in the area be sure to look her up.

It was a great day in the studio to have Sam Watts from come and observe the athletes train and see how transformative Pilates is to each and every body. He even felt it himself with a session on the Cadillac. Sam is one of the best kicking coaches in the nation that is innovative and uses his techniques to train athletes to perform their best on the field. Training NFL, MLB, College, and HS athletes has been very rewarding to see how much Pilates improves their movement, form, and stability when they connect to the ball. It creates an injury free environment in their body while performing. Building flexibility and strength from the inside out using contrology connects the body from head to toe. Thank you Sam Watts from Special Teams Academy for understanding the innovative techniques in training to get your athletes to their peak performance. Brett had a great training session that worked his body to the core.

My heart feels so full from having my whole family in town for the Holidays. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year from my family to yours. ❤️

The teaser tests the control of the powerhouse. It is a very challenging exercise that requires other movements to prepare building strength and connection to be able to do this exercise. Building and connecting deeper into our bodies allows freedom in movement.

So excited to announce Dane Cunningham and Yeimy Cunningham are expecting their 2nd Baby! Axel is going to be such a great big brother with his kind, joyful, loving spirit. Looking forward to being a G-ma 3x’s over!

To have my daughter and son in law serve in our military as marines makes me so proud. Happy 246th birthday to the country’s most elite fighting force!

So happy to welcome my new grand-baby Gunnar Hank Glembin into this world with loving arms! He was born at 8:17pm, 6lbs 15oz, and 20” long. Mama and baby are doing well. Hank is a proud papa as Baby G looks just like him. Everyone is happy and healthy!

When the baby is born, all that pain (that was endured) vanishes in an instant. Love for that tiny baby makes one forget the pain, the fear. Time and time again the love between a mother and her child is the highest experience, the closest to divine love.
