The new year often times brings perspective and for many people it is a springboard for a change. One of our core teachings in the office is it is great to have a starting point but let’s use the word lifestyle vs resolution
A resolution often times implies a drastic change that is generally honored for a week, a month or maybe even two months.
A week into the new year , I can imagine many of the resolutions have already been challenged. If the mindset is a lifestyle change - it is no longer just a goal that has an end - but it is a new way of life. A commitment to a new approach rather than just dipping your feet in the water.

We just did a video speaking about how many people look at their symptoms. One of the biggest obstacles is many times they do not know how chiropractic has helped so many people beyond just neck or back pain!

We are celebrating Founders day for Chiropractic- come to the office and learn some cool facts and some history.

One lucky winner will be awarded $128.00 of chiropractic credit to use on anything the office provides in honor of 128 years.
