☕ TZAK stout: Stout aged for 18 months in Four Roses bourbon barrels. A blend of Aslin Coffee beans and Dark Matter Coffee adjuncts the stout along with lightly toasted cocoa nibs from Dark Matter’s chocolate production.

New collab alert out of the Windy City! Aslin Beer Co x Dark Matter Coffee present TZAK. A collab x2, because when you find a crew that can do what does, you snag them for all the things.

☕ TZAK coffee: We chose a Natural Ethiopian coffee from Aslin Coffee to pair with Dark Matter's Pacas Viejo, adding some aggressive berry and citrus highlights to the sturdy and deep flavors of Pacas.

☕ TZAK stout: A blend of our barrel stout aged for 18 months in Four Roses bourbon barrels. A custom blend of our beans and Dark Matter Coffee created the TZAK blend that adjuncts the stout along with lightly toasted cocoa nibs from Dark Matter’s chocolate production. The coffee amplifies the cocoa nibs flavor resulting in a deep, dark chocolate flavor reminiscent of warm chocolate brownies. Swoon. This chocolate is balanced out by underlying bourbon notes from the barrels to create a rich, comforting drinking experience.
