🔅 Kinder Wigglers (for those 4.5+ who have completed a full session of Pre-K Wigglers and are rising Kindergarteners)
🏆 Flip 2 Team Tryout Prep Class - For athletes 7+ looking to try-out for competitive gymnastics or cheer teams.
🧘🏾‍♀️ Together Time Family Yoga - All ages, all levels yoga for the whole family! Each registration includes one child and one adult.
🏋🏽‍♀️ Sprouting Strength– Intro to resistance training, focusing on overall sports performance and weight lifting
⚽️ All-Star Athletes– A multi-sport class exploring body movement through an introduction of a multitude of sports

Registration for Summer Camp 2024 is now live! 😎

A few things to keep in mind:

- If your child is 4, but turning 5 prior to camp - you must email us to manually register. We will process emails in the order we received them!
- NO Camp Thursday, July 4th. YES Camp on Friday, July 5th!
- Single Day registrations (if available) open Monday of the prior week! For instance, if you want to only register for camp on Friday, July 5th, you may do so starting Monday, June 24th.
- Single Day registrations are available to participants who have previously attended classes or camp with emPOWER kids - not for first time attendees!
- No stressing out. Seriously. We will do everything possible to make sure kiddos get into camp. You're doing great! ♥

Many of you know and love Coach Vanessa, who has been with us since the very, very beginning. Tragically, her dog Loki was hit by a car on 495 earlier this evening, after his collar came undone on a walk. He is still in critical condition, but we are hopeful he is on a path to recovery.

We will be offering additional ways to offer support in the coming week, but if you would like to make a donation towards Loki’s veterinary bills, please use the link below.
