We collecting clothing for women from Friends of Guest House who are re-entering society and the workforce 🌟 These amazing ladies gave us a wish list 🌟 We need sizes medium, large, extra-large, size six & up and ALL plus sizes - particularly 2X 🌟 Really we would love ANY sizes, but these things were specifically requested. Favorite brands include True Religion, LuLa Roe, Coach and Diesel. They describe their style as BoHo and classic simple for everyday. 🌟 We are also accepting beads, stones, jewelry - including broken jewelry - so we can repair them for our jewelry making class. 🌟 Clothing Drive runs now through September 1st and donations can be made at 825 South Washington Street Alexandria, VA 22314 🌟 Plenty of street parking and free parking in rear in covered garage. 11AM-7PM 🌟

We are working on a GIANT mural for our front window display with a talented local artist. I want to channel all the strength and beauty from the mural artists we have seen in Nashville, Austin and in the DMV.

What quote motivates you? Our QBD tag line is Bee Fierce. Bee Bold. Bee You. I had also thought about the Gandhi “Bee the change you want to see in the world.” However that awesome quote is on a local mural here in town.
