We are looking for a FULL TIME employee.

Work as an upholstery shop helper and driver. Required to help around the shop and drive to customers for pickup and delivery of manufactured sofas, loveseats, chairs, etc. This position requires manual dexterity, fine motor skills, and attention to detail to meet high quality standards.

Summary of essential job functions:

• Drive to and from customers location to pickup and drop off furniture.
• Help around the shop including clean up, organizing fabrics, materials, etc
• Moving and sorting materials
• Cutting, shaping, and helping with assembly of furniture or draperies
• Other duties to be performed as directed by supervisor(s) Other tasks as assigned

Minimum requirements :

• Valid driver's license and Clean driving record
• Must have proof of vaccination
• Must speak English
• Must know how to get around Northern VA, MD, and DC
• High school diploma preferred but not required, and previous upholstery/Framing experience highly preferred
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Attention to detail/high quality expectations
• Must perform job with safety as a top priority
• Must be able to show up to work on-time, every day, and take direction from supervisor(s)
• Must be able to stand on feet for entire shift (8 to 10 hrs per day)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively on a daily basis
• Must be willing to learn
