A big SI YU’US MA’ASE to everyone who has supported us and given us a chance! We really wanted to do this to give others in the DMV area a taste of home - the islands we know and love! ❤️🌴

I’m not going to lie…there were trial and errors on my part and there were times I just felt like giving up! I would doubt myself and there were some tears. 😭

But all the love and encouragement keep me going! 🙏🏼 In just the past couple of months, we have grilled dozens of various meats, made over 100 empanadas and rolled over 200 lumpia shanghais…thanks to all of you! ❤️

I’m still taking orders for party trays: pancit, lumpia, and latiya (dessert).

Pancit is usually made with pork belly pieces and Chinese sausage (like the picture) or can be chicken ☺️

Lumpia is a mix of pork and shrimp 🦐

Latiya is a Chamorro dessert from Guam! It is a light vanilla custard sprinkled with cinnamon on top of yellow cake! 🍰
