🎉 Celebrating Success at AKT’s 7th Annual Samuel Kwarteng Basketball Memorial Tournament! 🏀

We’re thrilled to showcase the achievements of our extraordinary scholarship recipients, Cecilia Erinne and Tatiana Munford, who have shown exceptional dedication both academically and in their communities.

🌟 Cecilia, hailing from Centerville, VA, is a graduate of Westfield High School with a 3.8 GPA. She’s set to begin her journey at Virginia Tech this fall, aiming to study Biomedical Sciences. Since the 5th grade, Cecilia has been actively involved in volunteering with children, driven by her passion for helping others. Her dream is to become a pedreiaticorthodontist. 🦷✨

🌟 Tatiana, not pictured as she’s already kicked off her band camp, graduated from Bowie High School with an impressive 4.1 GPA. As a basketball team captain and drum major, she demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. She’s now heading to NC A&T University to study Kinesiology and Exercise Science whilst continuing her musical journey with the university band. 🎷📚

Both of these young women are blazing trails towards bright futures, and we couldn’t be prouder to support them on their paths forward. Their drive and commitment are exactly what we celebrate here at AKT.

This drive is in efforts to help families in need during the Cold Winter season. Any donation of Winter Coats are Deadline for donations is December 31st
