Pat Karlsson Backe, owner of Kingstowne Pilates with +25 years experience, teaches private clients at her home studio using Pilates reformer and tower, Pilates chair, and a state-of-the art treadmill and free weights. Pat also teaches classes at the Kingstowne Center for Active Adults, Franconia United Methodist Church, and the Kingstowne Residential Owners Corporation Recreaction and Fitness Centers.

You can follow our adventures there as we commence the sale of our home and life as gypsey nesters. Thank you for your loyalty throughout the years. Beginner Pilates Workout 09/01/2016

Today begins the "100 Day's Challenge". I was inspired by a Blog I read about a runner who committed to running each day for 100 days and decided to continue for 365 days. I said to myself, I can do that!

They say it takes 21 days for a new habit to become engrained as a regular part of one's routine...what do you think would happen if you started, or added, one new exercise, movement skill, or tried something new, for the next 100 days.

So for the next 100 days check in to see what the "tip of the day" entails. Encourage a friend to join you in the Challenge, buddy workouts are the best way to adhere to a new routine.
