I've been kind of quiet on this page lately! Some may know but I've been working on getting the restaurant to open. Today I passed inspection and opening day will be this Friday October 13th 6a-3p. So stop by and grab the same delious smashed burgers or breakfast wed-sunday 6a-3p. Carjack's Diner so for now I will not be out and about but maybe in the future you'll see me out on the streets again! Thank you to everyone that has stopped by over the years. I truly appreciate the wonderful support from all of you! Hope to see you at the diner!!

Little diner update. There's been a few unforseen set backs the past couple of weeks. But got some good news today that the plumber should be done next week 🤞! Hopefully will have an opening date soon!
Also I am still looking for cooks, and servers! If interested stop in Stevenson Pier Sport & Gift Shop for an application

Today marks the 2nd anniversary of Carjacks! Thank you to everyone for all the support over the past 2 years. Also I have to thank Next Door Beef for having the best meat and always making sure they have enough for all my needs. (They will also be supplying the diner to keep bringing you the same great burgers!!) I also need to thank all the people that help me run Carjacks! It's been a blast!

I'm back from my little break!! Update on the Diner, we were pushed back a couple weeks due to contractor not showing up when they said! Good news, this week the floor is finally being put in and looking great! Opening date is still TBD.
