We are a pop up vendor selling sweet and savory crepes. We mainly set up at local breweries.
Question for group is what items have you added to your menu that are quick, easy sellers that require little to no prep.
We sell drinks when we can but do not want to compete with the brewery which usually sells nonalcoholic beverages as well.
Considered ice cream but that requires another cooler with dry ice.
