Whoooooooo! I am soo proud of my kids! They all worked so hard. The old Chef has tears in his eyes as he posts this!!
Don't forget I still do cater too!!

Open house at the school. Saturday. We will be selling Wedding Soup, Loaded Baked Potato Baked Potato Soup, Stuffed Pepper Soup and Baked goods. My students will be running a free cookie decorating table.

Come and check out our Spring Spectacular/Open House on Saturday, March 9th from 10am-1pm! You will have a chance to see projects our students are working on, chance to talk to instructors, demonstrations in certain labs, etc. It will be a great day for all! My kids crushed it today.... I'm so proud to be their teacher. We already started planning next year's menu.

Julia Fasenmyer from western beaver made this beautiful charlotte cheesecake for our board meeting last night and we heard nothing but raving reviews! It has a vanilla pound cake crust, mixed berry cheesecake, and topped with poundcake crumbs, mixed berries and topped with white chocolate drizzle.

🎃 The PA ProStart Pumpkin Carving Contest is back for 2022! Pennsylvania ProStart students got in the spooky spirit by showing off their knife skills with a friendly pumpkin carving contest. VOTE NOW for your favorite pumpkin by liking/reacting to the photo within this album. 🎃

Voting ends on October 30th—the pumpkin with the most likes/reactions will win, and the student who created the pumpkin will win a $50 Amazon gift card!
Two additional winners will be selected by the Pennsylvania Restaurant & Lodging Association staff and board of directors. Winners will be announced on October 31st.
