Part Time Security/ Dispatch person for our Allentown facility. It is for 20 hours, 12 hours on Sunday (6am – 6pm) & 6pm – 2am (8 hours) on Mondays. (Possible add’l 8 hrs on Thursdays if interested)

Pay will be between $11.50 – 12.50 per hour

Standard Security Operations and Procedures
Distribution Center

• Hourly Patrol of property, warehouse and neighboring rental lot.
• Check the temperature of the loaded re**er trailers in the yard and report issues to operations.
• Documentation of Daily Log.

• Results of Hourly Patrol
• Issues with Equipment
• Trailer #, Driver #, Truck # documented.
• Able to use computer system for trailer and dispatch input

• Monitoring of Camera System
• Ensure that anyone on the property has ID.
• Email results of your shift

Job Requirements:

Security Guard -

• Gate IN/OUT any CT and PA drivers (SG21 for AS400 Sign on)
GATE21PA – in gate; GT21 for out gate
• Dispatch any PA drivers if operations team is not in the building
(TR50 is sign on for AS400) you will have 2 sessions open at all times!!
• Document All drivers IN/OUT on the log book at the dispatch window
• Change IESS appts for Backhauls leaving for CT if the appt is not going to work
Score Sign on (SG50 is sign on)
• Do hourly walk around of property Exterior and Interior
• Check that re**er temps are holding, fuel is good and seals are intact on loaded trailer. Monitor temp on the coolers.
• Update Excel Log with nightly tasks
• Monitor Email
• Fire Alarm
• Communication to operations
