The Ridge Farm access road on Buchman Street will impact the houses and roads behind Sims Market. No sidewalks or lighting?

37 homes (17 twins) will be built close to this "access road". That's not stopping cars from other parts of the "development" to find this as a fast access road.

Walbert Avenue is as heavily traveled as Cedar Crest Blvd. Great job!

South Whitehall moves along Ridge Farms project, hears of 'clean' audit South Whitehall Township's board of commissioners moved the unpopular Ridge Farms development another step forward Wednesday night.

Planning Commission Submission Deadline The South Whitehall Township Planning Commission is a seven-member Board (four-year terms), comprised of Township residents, all appointed by the South Whitehall Township Board of Commissioners. The members serve voluntarily without pay.

I wish South Whitehall Township would do the same.

The 1830's farmhouse pictured below is located on Spring Creek Rd. near Rt. 100. It's a part of the corner property where a new U-haul storage facility is currently being built. When the developer first proposed the project they originally intended to demolish the building. We instructed our staff to work with the appplicant on a preservation plan. Uhaul bought in to our request and saw the value in the building. Now it's going to be restored and preserved! The developer already gave it a new roof and facelift. Thank you U-Haul for preserving this historic asset and being a great community partner!
