Folks in every corner of the world practicing tai chi and qigong at 10 a.m. local time on the last Saturday in April, adding to the world’s life force and healing energy... World Tai Chi and Qigong Day 2024 is in the books! We joined Easton’s College Hill Tai Chi Group at the Nurture Nature Center on Northampton Street in Easton. Gorgeous! And so meaningful to practice around the center’s beautiful lit globe!

Led a lovely group of folks through a qigong practice honoring Earth Day in the garden near the great house at Nolde Forest. What a wonderful event! Thank you to my friends at https://www.dcnr.pa.gov/StateParks/FindAPark/NoldeForestEnvironmentalEducationCenter/Pages/default.aspx. I can’t wait for my next tai chi event at this beautiful state park! In September, we’ll do a practice in honor of the Chinese Autumn Moon Festival!
