When Billy Kounoupis wanted a fresh new brand for his iconic restaurants, the Lehigh Mining team was honored to work with Billy, Yanna and the team to make it happen. What started with a custom-designed logo has made its way to a fresh new website, eye-catching social media platforms, colorful menus and awesome merchandise. Life is funny that way. By the time you understand that your Dad was always too smart a cat to be fooled by a kitten like you, you’re probably either a parent yourself or someone skilled in the art of adulting.

The Lehigh Mining team is happy to welcome our newest neighbor, Resurrected Life Community Church! They just moved to 620 Hamilton Street in downtown Allentown and will celebrate Father’s Day with their first service at 10 a.m. They also have a full day of programming scheduled for Juneteenth, June 19, starting at 11:30 a.m.

The Lehigh Mining team stumbled across an amazing little boutique for women’s clothing and accessories. The Perfect Fit Resale Boutique of the YWCA Allentown raises much needed funds for women wishing to present their best selves for job interviews and to enter the workforce. Stop by and visit Manager Heidi Lennick and the wonderful volunteers who work to keep the displays fresh and fun. And you won’t believe the prices! The Lehigh Mining team is excited to welcome the Da Vinci Science Center at PPL Pavilion to its new home at 815 W. Hamilton Street downtown Allentown. Where else can you see otters and dinosaurs under one roof? We were happy to attend the ribbon cutting and we're looking forward to our team outing there! The Lehigh Mining team was honored to win two Addy Awards (one of them was Judges’ Choice!) for Denis Aumiller’s fantastic illustration series “Somnia Terra.” Thanks to the American Advertising Federation of the Greater Lehigh Valley for presenting this annual awards program to recognize all the amazing work of the Lehigh Valley’s Marketing and Design community.

The Lehigh Mining team was thrilled to take home three Addy Awards for our work with Rose Hamilton and Compass Rose. This was a complete brand development project including logo and website design, and we were especially proud of winning “Judges’ Choice.”

Congratulations to Lehigh Valley Comic Convention for an awesome turnout at Allentown Ag Hall on April 13! Lehigh Mining was on the scene to dig through short boxes, take a stroll down Artist Alley and bump into some of the galaxy’s most wanted rebels. We even spotted Molly on a comic cover or two.

Meet Molly! A real live one, not the one you routinely see on our website! Molly is our newest design intern from Kutztown University. A Bucks county native, she is preparing to graduate and hopes to land a job in Illustration and Branding in the Philadelphia area. For fun she enjoys going to movies, playing video games and swimming. If she could choose a superpower, it would be shapeshifting (so cool). Check out some of her work here!
