Notarizing is a SERIOUS BUSINESS! It is my job to verify your identity and witness your signature in agreement to the document at hand. To have a document notarized, you must provide a valid federally issued photo identification such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. It's very important that your identification reflects your name and address correctly.
I am NOT a legal advisor.
I first recieved my notary commission in 2010. Although I specialize in mortgage documentation, the training I've completed, my endorsement, insurance, and certification pertain to any type of legal document that requires notarization.
