This was a difficult surprise to keep but I’m so glad Jessica, Megan, and I pulled it off. A classic Red Velvet with cream cheese frosting and buttercream roses in their mother’s favorite colors for her milestone birthday!
I was incredibly honored to have been able to make this cake for Kathy. I’m so thankful for the Gilker family, their Ponies and Horses, and their embracing hospitality over the past 8 months that I’ve been attending their barn. I’ve learned so much from them already and I can’t wait to learn more! They’re an incredible family, and I look forward to continuing making memories (and cakes) with them! ❤️❤️❤️

These beauties were for a black and gray themed wedding tasting last week! Chocolate, salted caramel, red velvet, and mocha espresso. Still have some tweaking to do on their decorations but I’m incredibly proud of how they came out on my first attempt

In honor of it officially being the dog days of summer, we are giving all proceeds from our Chocolate Chip Cookie to this month. They’ve been operating in Atlanta for more than 148 years as a no-kill shelter that provides: shelter and adoption, veterinary care, and community outreach!

Say hello to the cookies featured on our May menu!

First is our classic chocolate chip finished with flaky sea salt, of course. They have crispy edges with a chewy center that’s satisfying every time!

Second, a delicious vanilla sugar cookie rolled in colored sugar. So pillowy and soft that you’ll fall in love at first bite!

Then, a bright lemon sugar cookie with extra zest. It has a perfect balance between sweet and tart!

Finally, our brand new Unity cookie! This cookie is stuffed with semi sweet, milk chocolate, and white chocolate chips. All proceeds from this cookie will go to this month to help promote fair elections both at home and nationwide!

Introducing our May menu and new fundraiser!

I am so proud to announce that we raised $100 last month for our local AAPI community fund ! I think we can continue this trend which is why I am introducing a new permanent menu item, the Unity cookie!

This cookie has white, semi sweet, and milk chocolate chips and is only available by the dozen. ALL proceeds from this cookie will go to a different charity/social justice movement each month.

This month we will be contributing to ! This organization was created by Stacey Abrams to promote fair elections in Georgia and around the country, encourage voter participation in elections, and educate voters about elections and their voting rights. Fair Fight also brings awareness to the public on election reform, advocates for election reform at all levels, and engages in other voter education programs and communications.

Let’s help fight for fair elections, one cookie sale at a time!
