We also did a temporal brow lift with upper lid blepharoplasty! I think all these things together really lighten her face and add beauty and harmony to her eyes!!!

Revision rhinoplasties like this are never easy! They are much more challenging than primary (never had surgery noses) and many times some of the cartilage/tissue has already been damaged or over-run with scar tissue.

We improved her nose tremendously (the definition will continue to improve!!!) She already feels much more like herself and I couldn’t be any happier!🙏🏼

Karen is now at 1 year after her ultrasonic rhinoplasty and chin augmentation!🤩

This is finesse rhinoplasty👃🏼 It improved the breathing, added some projection of the tip complex, and narrowed the frontal view of the whole nose.

Tasteful and balanced🤌🏼

This transformation included a chin implant placement - this is always a WONDERFUL addition to most of my patient’s cases!!!💯

Natural, awesome, understated elegance🤌🏼

Facial refresh🤩

The main course here was our deep neck lift with deep plane facelift! This procedure cleaned up the neck & jawline area, and changed the volume to enhance the natural facial shape!🙌🏼

Upper and lower eyelid lift👀 gives us more natural looking eyes and removes the heavy brow tissue that we see in the lateral aspect of the upper lids!

Buccal fat reduction and laser skin resurfacing were also instrumental 👉🏻 FINISHING touches!

🗝️Key point🗝️ For many patients, the more we do, the more natural you will look!

The last bit is confidence. Paige is so super awesome! I really have loved taking care of her! Her confidence now is where it should be🤗 She looks like the way she should look and her image matches her self image... This is true beauty!

                     
 
   

Update on Janelle!!!

She's now 5mo out from her ultrasonic rhinoplasty! S

She's breathing well, feeling beautiful and confident and just enjoying and living life!

One of the greatest aspects of these ultrasonic rhinoplasty procedures is that my patients just get to go back to enjoying normal life! There's not a massive recovery peroid that takes a ton of getting used to etc.

Frontal view: pay close attention to the tip now- we have 2 tip defining points - the dorsum is straighter, narrower, and cleaner.... I work soooo hard on each nose to get this to look this way. It's not easy.

we can apprecaite that the nose is now balanced with the face. The tip projects more than the dorsum and the tip is now closer to the face than it was before.

Janelle is tall- We didn't want to add too much rotation to the nose, but the hump has been tastefully reduced - we have a straightish dorsum with some lovely early definition!

She'll continue to heal, more refining will take place as the skin continues to 'shrink wrap' down on the new and improved framework!

Sometimes we have to completely reconstruct the nose!👏🏻

This was a particularly difficult case, as evident by the base view. Things were quite deviated!

Breathing can’t be good when things are this closed off🤷🏼‍♂️

This is advanced deep neck contouring. This was taught to me by Dr. Nayak of Nayak Plastic Surgery several years ago. A wonderful, legitimate mentor and teacher of the best kind.

Also, a massive help in learning this was Dr. Nayak’s right and left hand 👉🏻 Joanie and Magen! Somehow, I got to have them hang out with me, and I was able to learn more intricacies of this advanced and difficult procedure.

Life-long learning is a theme in my life. If I’m a super face & neck specialist, I better offer the best and latest techniques to get my patients the best results🙌🏼

Fillers vs. surgery⁉️⁉️

We often dissolve filler in preparation for our facial refresh. This plan - which included deep neck and facelift, temporal brow lift, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, fat transfer and laser - resulted in a natural refresh for this beautiful face!

Stacy is just about 2 weeks out from FULL FACIAL REFRESH.

Deep plane neck and facelift really lift and sculpt the neck and jawline using THE MOST ADVANCED TECHNIQUES

The lip lift here - is KEY! To shorten the upper lid area and roll out the red lip from inside the mouth.

Upper eyelids and temporal brow lift naturally lifted the eyes and gives a nice natural glow from the eye area.

June 2014!

It was a patient who changed my life forever.🙏🏼

While on call as an ENT/head and neck surgery resident- a patient was life flighted in with life threatening injuries.

This was 7pm or so.

Jumin Sunde MD, Mauricio Moreno MD, and I operated from 8pm until 6am the next morning working on her face, eyes, ears, neck, and scalp.

The effects it had, and the emotions and feelings she conveyed changed the course of my life forever!

SYDNEY! How has it already been a year since your procedure!??

I just recently had the pleasure of seeing this lovely lady in follow up in the office!

She's a year out from her customized ultrasonic rhinoplasty and just loving life and loving her nose!

It's so rewarding to know that patients get to enjoy breathing and the appearance of their nose that my team and I work so hard to perfect! These are sooo fun and never easy!

No nose is perfect - but I am soooo OCD and work tirelessly to make each nose the absolute best that it can be!

I've invested a large part of my professional life learning, educating, and gaining a comprehensive understand of the nose - this operation - the new technology- new techniques... This is a very exciting time for rhinoplasty.

Don't get a nose job of the 80s or 90s.... Old techniques are still extremely prevelent and result in old results... longer recoveries.... and aren't anywhere even close to the updated methods in most cases! Make sure to do your homework and go ultrasonic with a super specialist to increase your odds of success!
