Sometimes people are just ready to move on from breast implants. Keep in mind if they are silicone to be changed are certainly less reliable after about 12 years. In consultation for implant removal, I make sure the patient knows the biggest difference after removal is the change in fullness in the upper part of the breast. ASTRA Plastic Surgery
