We’re currently seeking an Experienced Pest Control Technician to join our team to perform all service related functions of our pest control division and to contribute to the growth and expansion of our overall business. The position offers the opportunity to refine industry specific skills. Furthermore, the position offers the opportunity for career advancement for those with a strong work ethic who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty. Training programs, ongoing continuing education, and cross training opportunities are provided!

Successful candidates will:

Have or obtain the required registration and/or licensing in Household Pest Control (HPC) and Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO) from the Georgia Department of Agriculture (training and preparation materials provided).

Enjoy working outdoors.

Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Be enthusiastic and willing to serve our customers' needs.

Be well organized and display initiative and follow through.

Be dependable, punctual, and act with integrity.

Be conscientious and display a strong attention to detail.

Be comfortable working both independently and in a team setting.

Have a valid Georgia driver’s license and clean driving record.

Have the ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Specific responsibilities include:

Proactively scheduling to ensure efficient time management/productivity and to honor customer commitments.

Performing thorough inspections of both residential and commercial properties to properly identify pests and related issues.

Communicating service solutions, protocols, and scope of services through proper education of clients.

Performing services and treatments to company and state regulatory standards.

Specific services/treatments include, but may not be limited to, residential and commercial:

Pest control services.

Rodent control services.

Flying insect control services, including both mosquito control and stinging insect control services.

Annual renewal inspections for current termite and wildlife control customers.

Completing associated and required documentation (service agreements and service records) to company and state regulatory standards.
